How is the score calculated?
A series is 30 discs across three turns. Any disc that doesn't fully pass a gate at the end of a turn is collected and slid again. The four gates, left to right, are worth 2, 3, 4 and 1. Every full set — one disc through each of the four gates — counts as 20 points instead of the sum of the gates. Poortjes totals this live as sets × 20 plus the remaining gate points, up to the maximum of 148.
Does the app need an internet connection?
No. Poortjes works entirely offline. There is no account and nothing is ever sent from your device.
Can I run a full club evening with several players?
Yes — the Avond tab supports 2 to 8 players, rotates the playing order every round, keeps a live table, and shows a winner card at the end.
Where is my history kept, and can I remove it?
Every series and evening lives only on your device, in the Logboek tab. Settings has a "Clear all history" action if you ever want to remove it all.
How do I attach a photo to a series?
After saving a series, or from its entry in Logboek, you can take a picture of the board or choose one from your photo library. It stays attached to that series on your device.
